How many fans would like to throttle Kenji?

The Full Throttle Scramble Power! mail-away special was a booklet containing a 30-page manga as well as several bios on the various Scramble City combiners.

The overall plot follows Kenji and the Autobots as they are attacked by the evil Decepticons and their horde of combiners. At one point, Kenji and his girlfriend are kidnapped by Megatron but manage to escape after Kenji's girl attaches a remote control unit to Starscream and forces him to wreck the Decepticon headquarters.

There have been many mail-away manga specials throughout the lifespan of the Transformers franchise. However, the Scramble City manga was the very first.
