The Cybertron Alliance (セイバートロン連合 Seibātoron Rengō) is a glorious inevitably doomed merging of the Autobot and Decepticon armies under the joint leadership of Optimus Prime and Megatron. Bringing peace once again to the Cybertronian race, the Cybertron Alliance has brought about a new hope for a permanent end to their long war.

After Optimus Prime and Megatron had been resurrected to battle each other, the two eventually settled on a truce. The new Cybertron Alliance would not only end hostilities between Autobots and Decepticons, but would usher in the Second Generation of the Transformers.
It would not last long. After an incident where Earthlings killed a Decepticon, Megatron called off the truce in a fit of rage and the G-2 battles began. G-2 Part 3
