Marvel Comics continuity

When Shockwave attacked G.B. Blackrock's new oil-drilling platform, Blackrock did not hesitate to activate the perimeter defenses. The platform's fixed cannons opened fire and swarms of single-man hovercopters attacked Shockwave. When both of those proved ineffective, Blackrock ordered Josie Beller to use the wire-guided surface-to-air-harpoons. That slowed Shockwave down long enough for three hovercopters to make a final attack, but the pilots were blinded by the brilliant burst of light emitted by Shockwave's gun barrel. The hovercopters crashed into the sea and Blackrock ordered the oil rig abandoned. The Worse of Two Evils!
