Some of his more notable roles include Raphael in the European Vacation episodes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Lieutenant Commander Steele in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, Hammerhead Hannigan in Darkwing Duck, Deep Six in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and, perhaps most importantly, all the ghoulies in Ghoulies II. Incidentally, Rayle replaced Peter Cullen as the voice of the Predator in Predator 2.
