Nothing much is known about the Creators, beyond the fact that they made the Transformers in the Tyran universal cluster through the use of the seeds and the resulting transformium that was generated. Their hands are organic, and slimy greenish-pink in color, but nothing else is known about their appearance.

Age of Extinction film
The Creators came to Earth at the end of the age of the dinosaurs to cyberform it with the seeds, and gather the transformium to create their new race of robot-servants. This resulted the extinction of dinosaurs.
