Simon is a human from the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Father Simon is a good-willed but perhaps excessively frank Catholic priest that instructed Paul Charteris as a teenager at St. Michael's Seminary. He has a sharp mind, and considers Paul the exception that proves the rule—that humans are capable of adapting to changes in their world with faith.
