Nasta was a U.S. company that manufactured a number of electronic radios for licensed brands including G.I. Joe, Smurfs, Barbie and the Rockers, and V under their Power-Tronic line.
They are responsible for the Enemy AM Radio and Headset and Voice Changer, the Ultra Magnus-styled Pulsating Light AM Radio, a voice changer helmet and the Megatron Wireless Microphone. You clearly shouldn't take their toys to bath.
