Miwa Matsumoto (松本 美和 Matsumoto Miwa) is a Japanese voice actress, born in Fukuoka on December 15, 1971. Some of her more notable anime roles include Jama Pea from Wedding Peach, Patamon, Tokomon, Poyomon, Angemon, Holy Angemon and Pyokomon from Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02, Makoto from Digimon Tamers, Gulpin from Pokémon Advance Generation, and "Carrot Monster" from Powerpuff Girls Z.
In the world of dubbing, she is the voice of Tommy Pickles in the Rugrats franchise.
