The Ulchtar of Aurex 603.0 Kappa broke into Primax 388.0 Gamma Zone's Satellite Penitentiary. There, he retrieved the personality components of renegade Autobots Screechwing, Spiketail, Nightprowler, Albitron, and Leatherhide, forming the Combatibots that could form into Toxitron. - Ulchtar was a preliminary name for Generation 1 Starscream.
- Ulchtar is based on Armada Starscream.
- Ulchtar's exploit is a reference to the Generation One episode "Starscream's Brigade", where Starscream travels to Cybertron to retrieve the personality components of who-would-become the Combaticons.
