Toei has a Filipino branch?!?

How Toei gets along with Funimation
I know this is'nt Transformers related. But the mystery of how they gets along with them so well regarding their Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, and Toriko licenses was because the founder's uncle was a Producer for Dragon Ball.
