- Prion is a Metrotitan from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Prion was one of the Titans created by the Knights of Cybertron millions of years ago to act as a living ship.

Prion colonized on a planet far away from Cybertron. The colony was later attacked by the Black Block Consortia, leaving no survivors but Nickel, who was found by the Decepticon Justice Division days after the attack. The Permanent Revolution
