One of the nodal interchanges that line Velocitron, Delta is the largest city on the planet, serving as the planet's capital city and the location of the great Speedia race that determines the leaders of Velocitron. In addition to its central straightway, it boasts twelve other racetracks, in addition to a large central hangar for pit crew modifications.
