Arclight is a Junkion from the novels portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Arclight is a Junkion from Junkion. He probably doesn't smell very nice. Oh, and he's dead.

Arclight protested when Thundertron enslaved the Junkions, but was decapitated by two other Star Seekers as a show of force. Exiles
