| This article is about the Generation 1 Autobot. For the Transformers Trilogy book "Fusion", see Transformers: Fusion. |
- Fusion is an Autobot from the Marvel portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Fusion is a dedicated and selfless soldier, willing to make any sacrifice to protect his friends or the success of a mission. He is a notably gifted marksman, and enjoys testing his skills against those of his friends Bluestreak and Ricochet.[1] His vehicle mode, designed for combat, is not particularly fast.

On Cybertron, Fusion often had marksmanship contests with his friends Ricochet and Bluestreak.
Notes
- The story "And There Shall Come...a Leader!" lifted designs and even art from the first issue of the comic, apparently to maintain a consistent look for Cybertron. This may explain why Fusion is a straight redeco of Optimus Prime's Cybertronic vehicle mode.
