Neil Kaplan (born March 9, 1967) is an American voice actor. He voiced several characters on Digimon, Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto on Bleach, Madara Uchiha on Naruto, Emperor Zarkon on Voltron: Legendary Defender, and he's a bloody nice guy.
