Pulse wants you to know Transformers use binoculars more often than you'd think.

Dreamwave Generation One continuity
Template:Askvectorprime Pulse cheered when Megatron tore off Emirate Xeon's head and presented it to the crowd gathered in the Forge. The War Within #2 Pulse would eventually Starscream's forces and meet a gruesome end.
