Gong is a Go-Bot from the Rescue Hero Go-Bots portion of the Go-Bots continuity family.

Gong (ゴング Gongu) is a silly name.

Gong came across a blue pickup truck that was visibly having trouble with the large amount of boxes tucked in its cargo bed. He's a nice chap so he transformed to dump truck mode and carried half the boxes to the destination himself. Gong's Story

The Japanese version of the Strong-Bot dump truck toy, released in 2003. The only difference between the two is that Japanese version has the original "chibi-Autobot" symbol instead of the Go-Shield.
