This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Blocker is a level-headed member of the Wreckers. Ultimately, he just isn't cut out for it.

Blocker had a best friend. He died, and Springer walked on to Blocker nibbling on his dead friend's transformation cog.
Blocker was subsequently replaced with Sandstorm. Out of Bullets
