The Destructons are a group of aliens from the Transformers in 3-D portion of the Generation 1 continuity family and the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
The Reapers only wish they were as cool as these guys.

The Destructons are a group of powerful organic/metallic beings who seemingly exist only to destroy.

The members are:

Fiction

The Transformers in 3-D

The Destructons almost destroyed the entire galaxy long ago, but were eventually defeated and imprisoned within a dimensional barrier by the Logicons. Eons later, they were unleashed upon the cosmos once again by a hapless Andegean scientist, and came into conflict with the Autobots and Decepticons alike. Can an alliance between the two warring factions withstand the onslaught? The world may never know... The War Against the Destructons, Chapter 1 of 3 (Probably yes, though, all things considered.)

Blackthorne Publishing went bankrupt, leaving the storyline uncompleted.

TransTech

In one universe, the Destructons were violent techno-organic aliens who fought an Autobot-Decepticon alliance. The Decepticon Breakdown was tasked by Galvatron with finding the ancient Destructon structure known as the Maelstrom Fracture Obelisk. Just as he found it and was about to report on its location, Psychokhan attacked him with a Psychospear. The mental attack of the spear combined with the power of the obelisk's Disentanglement Field to send Breakdown flinging throughout the multiverse, and he would not be discovered and retrieved from transwarp by the Transcendent Technomorphs until many years later.
