The Triple Combination Battlestar Attack is the unfortunately named combination of Star Convoy, Sky Garry and Grandus in vehicle mode.

(Note: the name reads in Japanese San-nen-gat-tai Ba-to-ru-su-taa A-tak-ku)

Battlestars: The Return of Convoy

During their final encounter with Super Megatron, the Autobot Battlestars were out-matched. However, when they combined into the Triple Combination Battlestar Attack, their might trumped Super Megatron, destroying him.

Luckily for Megatron, he was immediately rebuilt by Dark Nova as Ultra Megatron.
