Noriaki Sugiyama (杉山 紀彰 Sugiyama Noriaki born March 9, 1976) is a Japanese voice actor and musician. He is best known in the world of anime as Sasuke Uchiha on Naruto, Uryu Ishida on Bleach, England on Axis Powers Hetalia and Rivalz Cardemonde on Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. As a musician, he's released a single entitled "Fragment" as well as a mini-album called "On the Way".
