The Ulchtar of Aurex 603.0 Kappa broke into Primax 388.0 Gamma Zone's Satellite Penitentiary. There, he retrieved the personality components of renegade Autobots Screechwing, Spiketail, Nightprowler, Albitron, and Leatherhide, forming the Combatibots who could combine into Toxitron. - "Ulchtar" was a preliminary name for Generation 1 Starscream.
- Ulchtar is based on Unicron Trilogy Starscream.
- Ulchtar's exploit in The AllSpark Almanac is a reference to the Generation 1 cartoon episode "Starscream's Brigade", in which Starscream travels to Cybertron to retrieve the personality components of the 'bots who would become the Combaticons.
