It's a brief rundown of Kenner's history, and mentions Hasbro purchasing Kenner/Tonka/Parker Brothers in 1991. Can this be used as a citation source, even though it's an archived version of a long-dead page? Kenner buyout Citation
I found this link on an archived version of Kenner's old site:
