Ikuya Sawaki (沢木郁也 Sawaki Ikuya August 25, 1951) is a veteran Japanese voice actor who was born as Yoshinobu Mikami (三上芳信 Mikami Yoshinobu) and is currently affiliated with Arts Vision. Among many other roles, he voiced Mao in Darker than Black, Goolley in Dirty Pair, Stanley Fry in Eureka Seven AO, Fujitora in One Piece, Kaizer/Dr. Tetsuo Saeba and the Narrator of Red Baron, Tokuno in You're Under Arrest, Commander Woems in Misaki Chronicles, Hanzo in Naruto: Shippuden and Canis Major Sirius in Saint Seiya.
