Claudio Moneta (born April 13, 1967) is an Italian voice actor, known for roles such as the titular character from SpongeBob Squarepants, Doctor Doom from Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, Maximillion Pegasus in Yu-Gi-Oh!, The World's Martial Artists Tournament Announcer and Zarbon in Dragon Ball Z, Major Glory on Dexter's Laboratory, Boss on Hamtaro, Captain K'nuckles on The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Commander Shepard in Mass Effect, Carnage on Spider-Man Unlimited and Kakashi in Naruto (later replaced by Gianluca Iacono).
