Fiction
IDW Generation 1 continuity
Vivisector was part of Gorelock's battalion that was stationed on Spensifax B when Overlord arrived. Overlord had attacked the emperor of a nearby star system, simply for the challenge of it, but the people were putting up a significant resistance. Gorelock agreed to help. Vivisector estimated that the resulting battle put the technological development of the empire back an estimated 250,000 years. Afterwards, Overlord simply left. Gorelock's prisoner clemency request
