Charlie Chopper is an orange and white rescue chopper with electronic phrases: push down on his cockpit windshield to make him say one of a combination of phrases, which differ in robot mode and vehicle mode. He was lightly redecoed by Takara and released in Japan as Chopper, and later more extensively redecoed by Hasbro as Airlift Andy.
He has an articulated right thumb which allows him to give you a thumbs up.
