- The Vestigial Cortical Complex is a storehouse from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Located on a rocky world, the Vestigial Cortical Complex is a warehouse containing the memories of over a half million Decepticons. The information contained therein is so sensitive that the Decepticons can't even post guards, lest those guards access the darkest secrets.
