Katsuyuki Konishi (小西 克幸 Konishi Katsuyuki born April 21, 1973) is a Japanese voice actor. In terms of anime and tokusatsu productions, he has played Haji in Blood +, Volfogg in GaoGaiGar, Kamina in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Captain Ginyu in Dragon Ball Kai, Tsumugu Kinasage in Kill la Kill, Tatsumi Oga in 'Beelzebub, America & Canada in Hetalia, the current voice of Kenshiro in the Fist of the North Star series and GoseiKnight in Tensou Sentai Goseiger.
