This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Breez is a Mini-Con turned Renegade. He is a twin-blade helicopter with anger management issues.

Renegade Rhetoric
After traveling from somewhere in the Aurex Cluster to Axiom Nexus, Breez and his fellow members of the Instigation Mini-Con Team grew tired of getting kicked around.
