- Quintessa is a Transformer from The Last Knight portion of the live-action film series continuity family.
Quintessa is a mysterious and powerful space sorceress. The self-described "Prime of Life", she created the Knights of Iacon, Optimus Prime, and the Infernocons and considers Cybertron to be hers to command.

Notes
- Quintessa is a loosely based after the Quintessons, while she's named after apparently, the home planet of the same name. Though she is physically based off of Quintus Prime.
- Quintessa has the honor of becoming the first female antagonist in the live-action movies.
