Maximal Chill is a random...er...thing who does not need attention unless he is stupid enough to attract it. Do not be fooled by the name: he has absolutely no "chill". He believes his peers are intentionally stupid and are out to get it. He votes democrat for some reason but asserts he does not hate America. This thing is about as unapproachable as ItsWalky or that insane Optimus. You have been warned. (I'm deeply sorry)
