Black Shadow is a Decepticon from the Adventure portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Black Shadow (ブラックシャドー Burakku Shadō) is a selfish, energy-greedy space gangster whose only reason for helping the Decepticons is to line his own pockets with energon, and he's fully prepared to betray them once he reaches his goal. A weapons engineer whose skills even impress the likes of Knock Out and Lockdown, Black Shadow has created many of the weapons wielded by Decepticons like Lockdown and Dreadwing.

Adventure Black Shadow is a redeco of Generations Sky Shadow, in turn a retool of Generations Thunderwing, transforming into a fighter jet loosely based on an F-22 Raptor. The nose of the jet can detach and become a separate aerial drone, while the two missile launchers can detach from the wings and become hand-held weapons or clip together into one massive gun. The middle sections of the sculpted missiles on the sides of the guns are also compatible with C joint accessories.

Black Shadow's scan-badge is applied to his left wing. Scanning this with the Transformers Chronicle app unlocks the toy in the list. The badge is impossible to be scanned in Robot Mode.

This mold was also retooled into Timelines Metalhawk.
