Neil Kaplan (born March 9, 1967) is an American voice actor. He voiced several characters on Digimon, Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto on Bleach, Madara Uchiha on Naruto, Diabolico on Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, Emperor Zarkon on Voltron: Legendary Defender, and he's a bloody nice guy.
