Eagle Killer (イーグルキラー Īgurukirā), or Taka-chan (タカちゃん) if you're close, is one of the Decepticon Beastformers fighting a war on the planet Beast. Born in Cape Mud at the northern end of the country of Nirmud, and growing up in its inhospitable climate has made him a strong and resolute person who doesn't shy away from applying his full strength when met with a challenge.
