Aubrey Sitterson is a freelance writer and podcaster. He wrote G.I. Joe vol. 5 and Scarlett's Strike Force for IDW Publishing. Sitterson's take on G.I. Joe explored the more outre aspects of the franchise's history, including a move to have the team shoot colored lasers as per the 1980s cartoon as opposed to real bullets and the inclusion of oddball concepts like the "Fatal Fluffies" and Hasbro's short-lived "Army Ants".
