Chun-Li (春麗 Chūn Lì) is an Interpol agent from China, seeking to bring down the international criminal organization Shadaloo... and especially its leader Vega. Though she's an accomplished markswoman, her claim to fame is a pair of legs with incredible strength. Her Hyakuretsukyaku can deliver dozens of kicks in mere seconds, while the Spinning Bird Kick turns her into a pummeling tornado. She's also learned to channel her chi to propel fireballs from her palms.
Having encountered the Transformers, she formed a bond with the Autobot Arcee, who scanned Chun-Li to learn her fighting techniques. The two sometimes even go shopping together on nice days.

- Available as part of the exclusive Street Fighter II × Transformers toyline, Arcee is a redeco of Generations Arcee in Chun-Li's traditional colors, fleshtones and all, transforming into a "futuristic" sports car. She is armed with two guns, and a pair of translucent swords; all four weapons each feature several universally-sized rectangular pegs that allow them to be tabbed into multiple matching ports in her fists, forearms, hips, shoulders, and the sides and rear of her car mode. Additionally, her two guns can store beneath her car mode.
- Arcee was only available in a two-pack with with Hot Rodimus [Ken]. This set was available for pre-order on TakaraTomy Mall from November 22nd to the 27th, with orders fulfilled in late May of 2018. The first 3000 units pre-ordered also came with clear display stands for both toys.
