Now we'll never get the Rock Band Network DLC back...

Harmonex is known as the Singing City on Cybertron, where it serves as a center for art and learning. It holds within it lithic crystals that sing in perfect harmonic frequency.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity

During the war on Cybertron against the Decepticons, Scorponok became responsible for unleashing the dreaded engine of destruction known as Trypticon that made its way towards Harmonex. Ultimately, as the beast approached, it was believed that the Singing City would be lost in the monster's rampage with the city's songs being forever lost to Transformer kind. After evacuating Harmonex, the Autobots lured Trypticon to the city's gigantic central structure and collapsed it on top of him, The Illusion of Control but the beast survived unscathed and continued his rampage through the ruined city. Annihilation Following Trypticon's defeat, the Conclave of Representatives forbade civilian access to the ruins of Harmonex. When the Autobots deployed a team there to check up on Trypticon, they found it missing, Megatron having retrieved the monster. Primacy #1
