Mitsuo Iwata (岩田 光央, Iwata Mitsuo, born July 31, 1967) is a Japanese voice actor. He is probably best known as the voices of Shotaro Kaneda from Akira, Sunny from Toriko, Itsuki Takeuchi from Initial D, Marcosias from Shaugakan no Shaina, Maa-kun from Oruchuban Ebichu, Syndrome from The Incredibles, Champa from Dragon Ball Super and Mic Sounders XIII from King of Braves GaoGaiGar, whose singing voice (Masaaki Endoh) is one of the members of JAM Project.
He is married to Rikako Aikawa and his cousin is Ignition! singer CHINO.
