Alexandre Moreno (born October 28, 1967 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian voice actor. Prolific in the field, some of his cartoon roles include Pinky on Pinky and the Brain and Pinky, Brain and Elmyra, Robin/ Nightwing/Dick Grayson on Batman The Animated Series and The New Batman and Robin Adventures, Cyclops/Scott Summers on X-Men Evolution, Denzel Crocker in Fairly Oddparents, Master Shake in Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Abe Lincoln in Clone High, Nitz in Undergrads, Carl in Johnny Bravo, and Vash in Trigun, among many others.

In movies, he regularly dubs Adam Sandler, Matthew Perry, Chris Tucker, Josh Duhamel, and Patrick Dempsey, and voiced Bilbo Baggins in the Hobbit trilogy. He also played a lot of characters in TV series, like Anthony Russo on Blossom, Alan Harper in Two and a Half Men, Joxer on Xena: Warrior Princess, and he is a cast regular on the various Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers shows.
