Little is known about Cybertron Command, though it is most likely the military command of Cybertron's armed forces.

Ultra Magnus reported to Cybertron Command aboard his ship while on Earth. The Return of the Headmaster Sentinel threatened to have Optimus court-martialed before Cybertron Command. Mission Accomplished
