Dylan Gould maintained a lower penthouse apartment in Trump Tower. After kidnapping Carly Spencer, he took her there to keep her prisoner while he, Sentinel Prime, and the Decepticons set up the Pillars. They had a magnificent view from there of the Decepticon conquest of Chicago.
