Rocket is dead. Before he was dead, he was a Blacksmith, and one of Wipe-Out's colleagues.

Rocket and his colleague Scammer were summoned to Troja Major, where they were murdered. Their bodies were later found by Wipe-Out, who suspected that they had been killed by the Grand Architect. An Axe to Break the Ice
