Tara Strong (born Tara Lyn Charendoff on February 12, 1973) is a prolific Canadian-American voice actress appearing in a wide variety of animated television series, movies, and video games. Known for many roles, such as the second voice of Batgirl/Barbara Gordon in Batman: The Animated Series, Raven from Teen Titans, Ben and Upgrade from Ben 10, Rikku from Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, and Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls among others.
She is awesome. And adorable. And married :-(
