The Autobot fleet (also known as the Autobot navy) is a fleet of powerful warships dedicated to the defence of Cybertron, its colonies, and the larger galaxy.

Generation 1 continuity family

Regeneration One

When the rogue senator Jhiaxus returned to Cybertron and proved hostile, The War to End All Wars, Part 1 The War to End All Wars, Part 2 the Autobot fleet attacked the Hub Network but failed to defeat the technologically superior foe. The War to End All Wars, Part 3 Instead, the Hub was felled via the Wreckers utilizing the Hub's own slam rail system against it and the efforts of Shockwave and Starscream (admittedly with help from the Underbase) operating the Ark. When the Hub collapsed, what few ships survived limped back to Cybertron, The War to End All Wars, Part 4 only to find the planet and its populace had been corrupted by the Dark Matrix entity. Once Rodimus Prime had defeated the creature, the Autobot fleet abandoned Cybertron once more, taking on a new life as interstellar ambassadors and champions of peace.
