Eugenesis is a location on Cybertron, home to one of the planet's hot spots.

After devising a plan to overload Vector Sigma and kill the Functionist Council who had merged with the computer via opening a Matrix at all of Cybertron's hot spots, Velocity and Krok were sent to Eugenesis. As Velocity struggled to open her Matrix, the duo came under attack from a contingent of Functionaries before Rodimus's speech to the group allowed the Camien to overcome her doubts and open the Matrix, the energy travelling down to Vector Sigma with the eleven other pulses and killing the councillors.
