Ominous silhouettes make anything look cool.

Megatron will not be the most active leader, but will apparently be directing a lot of what the evil fleshies do. He wants the Allspark, and in an early encounter with the Autobot crew manages to manhandle Optimus Prime and toss our poor heroes about like rag dolls. Yes, even Bulkhead.

Transforms into an alien VTOL jet that looks significantly more jet-like than his Movie counterpart, despite the fact he seems to have stolen Movie Megatron's head. His cannon is indeed HUGE, but sadly, he doesn't appear to come with his katana.

Megatron's "Earth" body bears a significant resemblance to Generation 1 Super Megatron from the Battlestars storyline. According to info gleaned from the Transformers NetJet game, his alt-mode appears to be something akin to an Osprey helicopter, but this remains unconfirmed.
