Bill was working on fixing a vehicle when Charlie Watson paid a visit to the shop and asked her to pass him a 3/8 spanner. Charlie checked if it was a European carburetor he was working on, and instead passed him a half inch spanner. Though he initially protested, the spanner turned out to be the correct size, and he thanked her before sharing a look with Uncle Hank.
After Hank gifted Charlie the old Volkswagen, Bill observed that the car was a death trap, but Hank was just happy that Charlie was happy for once. Bumblebee
