- Part of the "Series 1.5" assortment of BotBots, Bum Sprout is a redeco of Stinkosaurus Rex, transforming from potted plant to a a small Tyrannosaurus Rex-like 'bot.
- They were available in one of the four iterations of the "Bakery Bytes"-themed BotBots sets, packed in with Batter Splatter, Flat Flour Face, McMuzzsaw, and a blind-packed Cavi T.
- This mold was also used to make Greeny Rex and Bogusaurus Rex.
- The Bakery Bytes packs were limited to Amazon.com in the US, and were Toys"R"Us exclusives in Canada and Taiwan.
