Omm nom nom
  • Bakery Bytes (5-pack, 2019)
  • Series: 1.5
  • Level: ??
Part of the "Series 1.5" assortment of BotBots, Chief Cherry 3.14 is a redeco of Duderoni, transforming into a slice of cherry pie.
They were available in two of the "Bakery Bytes"-themed 5-packs:
The first set includes him, Batter Splatter, Flat Flour Face, Luckaneer, and a blindpacked Nozzlesnot
The second set has him in the blindpacked portion, packed in with Batter Splatter, Flat Flour Face, McMuzzsaw, and Silent Shade
The Bakery Bytes packs were first released in Canadian and Taiwanese Toys"R"Us stores. Several months later, they were released in the US through Amazon.com.
This mold was also used to make Brock Head and was almost used again to make Pizzazz, but that toy was taken off the menu.
Both of these sets are "recommended minimum buys" for a complete set of Series 1.5 BotBots.

  • Lawn League (8-pack, 2019)
  • Series: 1.5
  • Level: ??
Chief Cherry 3.14 was also available in both of the "Lawn League" 8-packs:
The first set includes him, Bum Sprout, Cavi T., Grass Guzzler, Nozzlesnot, Reci P. Cooker, Silent Shade, and a blindpacked McMuzzsaw
The second includes him, Bum Sprout, Cavi T., Luckaneer, Mucker Von Diggs, The Pollinator, Reci P. Cooker, and a blind-packed Grass Guzzler
The Lawn League packs were first released in Canadian and Taiwanese Toys"R"Us stores. Several months later, in January 2020, they were released in the US through Amazon.com.
The second of these sets is a "recommended minimum buy" for a complete set of Series 1.5 BotBots... assuming you can choose between the two sets. Yeah, you're gonna get three Chiefs.

Notes

[edit]
  • The "3.14" in Chief Cherry's name is a reference to... hold your breath... pi, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, which actually has an infinite number of digits with no repeating patterns in its decimal representation, but is commonly shortened to "3.14".
  • Chief Cherry is the "example" character used for the "2 MODES" demonstration illustration on the Bakery Bytes' cardfront.
  • Currently, Series 1.5 has received no online bios, unlike the vast majority of BotBots.
  • The "Series 1.5" sets had new checklists with their new characters in two rows below the mall scene, so technically they're not on any level. Basement-dwellers?
